Course Overview
A significant number of organizations in Botswana receive costly compensation orders from the Industrial Court and High Court due to management failing to comply with the law and good practice regarding disciplinary matters. This in turn impacts negatively on the image of such organizations as well as labour relations and productivity. The deficiency is not knowing how to handle discipline in the workplace.
Purpose
The aim of this course is to equip employees with a practical hands-on approach to dealing with discipline and grievances in the workplace.
