Course Overview
This is a 3-day course targeting individuals in executive management positions. Strategic leadership requires the ability to set direction for an organisation and empower others to create strategies necessary to propel an organisation. It further requires the use of leadership capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage to enhance a firm’s performance. The key challenge facing leaders is to be able to reconcile the uncertain and ambiguous situation facing their organisation with the demands from those that report to them for certainty and clarity of direction. This course therefore aims to empower individuals in strategic management positions with the requisite knowledge and skills to strategically execute their roles to achieve the organizational mandate.
