COURSE OVERVIEW
The Changing Mindset course is a three (3) days course designed to empower participants with the mindset and skills needed for personal and professional triumph. Delving into the psychology of beliefs, the course focuses on shifting from limiting thoughts to empowering perspectives.
Participants will learn to recognize and challenge their limiting beliefs, fostering resilience and a growth mindset .Through interactive workshops , discussions, and practical exercises, Participants will cultivate positive thinking, emotional intelligence, and effective communication .Goal setting, stress management, and leadership skills are also emphasized.
After completion of the course, Participants will possess the tools to overcome obstacles, build meaningful relationships, and achieve their goals with confidence and determination.

DELIVERY MODE AND FACILITATION STRATEGIES
Interactive face to face Training and the use of discussions and scenarios centered around the participants’ day to day work operations will be used in the facilitating of this Course, to enhance the participants comprehension.
CERTIFICATION
To obtain a certificate, participants will be required to be in attendance for the entire duration of the course. A certificate of attendance will be printed by the Botswana Institute of Banking and Finance and awarded to participants who would have completed the course.
